Is your question about an organization?
Questions about a donation, a receipt, an event or a project are answered by the organization you support. In the app, tap "Talk to the organization" on the home screen to message them directly.
Frequently asked questions
How do I donate in the app?
Tap "I'm a donor", choose the organization and tap Donate. On iPhone, the donation is completed on the organization's secure page, in the browser. On Android, it happens inside the app, by Pix, card or boleto.
Where do I find my donation receipt?
In the app's Donations tab. Every confirmed donation has a receipt to view and download. It is also sent to your email.
How do I pause or cancel my monthly donation?
In the app's Monthly tab, choose the donation and tap Pause or Cancel. Cancellation takes effect immediately: no new charge is made.
I forgot my password. What now?
On the sign-in screen, tap "I forgot my password" to get a link to set a new one, or sign in with the access link sent to your email.
I'm on an organization's team. How do I sign in to the app?
On the first screen, tap "Team / Khelp" and use the same email and password as the dashboard. If your account has two-step verification, the app asks for the code from your authenticator app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap "Delete my account". Deletion happens right away. The step-by-step guide, what is deleted and what the law requires to be kept are on the account deletion page, below.
Is my data safe?
Each organization's data is kept separate from the others, team access is protected by password and two-step verification, and payments are processed by certified payment companies — the app does not store your card number. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
