TERMS OF USE — KHELP PLATFORM

1. ACCEPTANCE

By using the platform, the organization ተመዝጋቢው agrees to these Terms.

2. SERVICES

khelp provides management, fundraising and communication tools for nonprofit organizations, according to the contracted plans and products.

3. ORGANIZATION RESPONSIBILITIES

The organization is responsible for the accuracy of registered data, the proper use of the platform and communication channels, and compliance with applicable law.

4. DATA PROTECTION

The parties shall process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, adopting adequate security measures.

5. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

khelp may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated and, after a grace period, will require new acceptance to keep using the system.

6. JURISDICTION

The courts of khelp's registered seat are elected to settle any matters arising from these Terms.
